Start with a sample. Agree the scope. Receive the right resources after release is authorised.
Organisation licences are not on sale and customer access is not active yet. The existing delivery library and planning area are protected owner review tools. Individual accounts and memberships do not confer organisation delivery rights.

Identify review evidence, facilitators, support routes and access needs. Agree written terms, the programme version and who may use it.
After authorisation, the agreed handover should identify the resources, term, permitted use, correction route and named contacts. An enquiry or checklist alone cannot issue them.
Participant workbooks, timed plans, slides and editable rollout resources support your own sessions. Decide local storage, printing and disposal arrangements.
Plan a readable printed or spoken alternative. Participation and personal sharing remain optional; a digital account should not be a condition of local support.
SCORM 1.2 test exports exist for review. Actual import, privacy, keyboard, screen-reader and completion testing must pass in your LMS before release.
A hosted organisation learning service, customer roles and participant dashboards are not currently available. If you need them, include that requirement in your enquiry so feasibility and scope can be discussed.
