Four Pillars Together

YOUR SPACE · PRIVACY INFORMATION

Your reflections stay with you.

Who is responsible

Four Pillars Counselling provides Four Pillars Together from New Zealand. Contact together@fourpillars.co.nz with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information. We may need to verify your identity before making account changes. Please do not email your sign-in code, payment-card details or private worksheets.

Information needed for your account and purchases

Supabase Auth uses your email to identify your account and provide sign-in. Secure browser cookies keep you signed in. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google and Supabase use your Google identity, verified email and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture, to sign you in. We request sign-in permissions only, without Gmail, Drive or Calendar access. Google can see that you are signing in to Four Pillars Together. Your private exercise answers are not sent to Google by this sign-in feature. Use your existing account email to keep access to your purchases; a different email can create a separate account.

We keep the account and access records needed to provide the programmes you buy or receive through a trial. Membership records also include your plan, renewal and cancellation status, Stripe subscription reference and paid access dates. Purchase records include the programme, payment status, amount and currency, access dates, agreed terms and payment references. We record your declared country of usual residence and, where available, the billing country supplied at Stripe checkout for sales and tax administration. Full billing addresses remain with Stripe. This is separate from any country you choose in a programme exercise.

Stripe processes checkout and billing information. This website does not receive your full card details. Service providers may also process technical and security information needed to deliver the site, prevent misuse and investigate problems. We do not sell your personal information or use programme records for advertising audiences.

Saving programme progress is your choice

Saving programme preferences and progress to your account is off by default. You can turn it on in your account if you want to return to your selected preferences, completed activities and last step across devices. These choices can reveal something about your wellbeing or relationship interests. You can use your purchased programmes without enabling this feature.

If you opt in, we save those preferences, activity IDs, completion marks, last steps and update dates in the hosting platform’s database. Completion records participation, not a health result. You can stop saving and clear these records in your account. Essential purchase and access records remain so we can provide what you bought.

Single programmes can be purchased before creating an account. Membership requires sign-in before checkout. We keep the email supplied at paid checkout with the purchase, then link it to your account only after you verify that same email through sign-in.

What stays in the activity session

Typed worksheets, selected values and game choices stay in page memory while the activity is open. They clear when you leave or reload. They are not sent to Four Pillars or included in saved progress. Nobody monitors your answers. In the shared date planner, choices are hidden during the phone handover and revealed when both people choose to compare. Avoid entering names or sensitive family details.

Your private practice copies

In every individual programme, Save my practice copy downloads your answers as a file. Open my saved copy reads that file on your device; its contents are not uploaded. Keep downloaded and printed copies private, especially on shared devices. Clearing programme progress or deleting an account does not delete these copies. Delete them from your device when you no longer want them.

Practice plans, review markers and optional usefulness reflections are included only in your downloaded copy, not uploaded as feedback. Organisation review workbook files work the same way. Optional calendar export creates a neutral reminder file without your worksheet content. Nothing is scheduled automatically; importing it may sync through your calendar provider.

Optional read-aloud summaries

Individual lessons and owner review learning can be read using the browser or device speech service when supported. Voice processing depends on the device and its speech provider. This feature reads the published learning text only, not typed worksheet answers. It starts only when selected and can be stopped. Downloaded LMS review packages have separate notices: completion and bookmark reporting are off by default, while the organisation’s LMS may independently record a launch.

Free trial invitations

We record an invitation identifier, a protected form of its code, included programmes, dates and redemption status. If an invitation is limited to an email address, that address is also recorded. Redemption links it to your verified account. The owner can see whether the invitation was used and when access ends, but cannot see your private activity answers. Full codes are shown once to the owner and are not kept in invitation history. Creating a code does not send an email or subscribe anyone to marketing.

Organisation licensing enquiries

The licensing enquiry form stores your organisation, name, email, adult audience, approximate numbers, preferred format and optional message in the website database so Four Pillars can respond. Only the verified business owner can read this inbox. Do not submit client, employee or health information. Submission does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing, and no automatic confirmation email is sent.

Website enquiry records expire after 90 days. Expired records are excluded and deleted when the enquiry service or inbox next runs. You can contact us to request access, correction or earlier deletion; we may verify the request. Separate follow-up email correspondence and necessary business records may be retained separately. Provider backups and security records have their own retention periods.

Owner organisation planning

The owner-only planning area stores draft organisation names, licence scope, support routes, readiness checkmarks and organisation action records linked to the verified owner account. Saving is explicit. Do not enter participant information, health information or private workbook answers. Plans can be exported or deleted in that area and are included in the owner’s account export. Clearing individual programme progress does not delete planning records. This feature does not invite participants or grant delivery access.

Service providers and overseas processing

The website runs on Sites infrastructure using Cloudflare. Account sign-in uses Supabase; the current project is hosted in Seoul. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend using a verified Four Pillars sending domain in its Tokyo sending region. Stripe handles payments. These providers process information needed for their services, including outside New Zealand and Australia. A listed service region does not mean all provider operations or support access happen only in that country.

Read the providers’ information: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend and Stripe, and Google if you choose Google sign-in. When you email us, your message is handled through our business email service. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and external links have their own privacy practices. Advertising trackers are not included.

Your controls and retention

Clear programme preferences and progress saved in this browser. This does not affect counselling records or your downloaded and printed practice copies.

Use My account to manage account progress, or the privacy controls on the programme website to clear browser progress.

In your account, you can also download a copy of the account information held by this website or contact us about correction and deletion. That download does not contain worksheet answers that stayed on your device, or every separate record held by payment and email providers.

Progress you choose to save remains until you clear it or ask for removal. Account deletion is handled by contacting Four Pillars; clearing progress does not delete your account. We review what information is needed when handling a request. Payment and necessary business records may need to be retained for accounting, legal or dispute purposes. We will explain any records we must retain and why. Provider backups and security records can have separate retention periods; we do not promise immediate removal from every backup.

Questions and complaints

Email Four Pillars with your concern and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the relevant information and respond, and may ask for enough detail to identify the issue. You do not need to send your private activity answers to make a complaint.

You can also contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Australian customers can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about matters within its jurisdiction. Those services explain their complaint processes and when to contact the business first.
